Dawn Lundy Martin is the author of A Gathering of Matter / A Matter of Gathering (University of Georgia Press 2007), selected by Carl Phillips for the Cave Canem Poetry Prize; DISCIPLINE (Nightboat Books, 2011), which was selected by Fanny Howe for the Nightboat Books Poetry Prize and a finalist for both the 2012 Los Angeles Times Book Prize and the Lambda Literary Award; and Candy, a limited edition letterpress chapbook (Albion Books 2011). She is a member the experimental black poetry and performance group, the Black Took Collective, and Assistant Professor of English at the University of Pittsburgh.
Chris Tysh has authored several poetry collections and completed a full screenplay based on a novel of Georges Bataille. Her play, Night Scales, A Fable for Klara K was produced at the WSU Studio Theatre in Detroit under the direction of Aku Kadogo and, later that year, was published by United Artists. Her latest book is Molloy: The Flip Side (BlazeVox, 2012). She is a recipient of a 2003 National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship and a 2010 Kresge Artist Fellowship. Her latest project , Hotel des Archives, features verse “transcreations” from the French novels of Beckett, Genet and Duras.
