Trickster Feminism was written during long months of protest under the stress of political dystopia, with some poems penned in the streets. Mythopoetics, shape-shifting, quantum entanglement, litany, Anthropocene blues, chance operation all play and meet at the crossroads of troubling gender and outwitting patriarchy.
“Her intimate knowledge of the ‘outrider’ tradition is, at this point, so invaluable that she should be considered not only a ‘national’ treasure, but an international one — that one-of-a-kind person who has dedicated her life to identifying and tending to a lineage of creative resistance.”
–Marcella Durand, Hyperallergic
